I have made a new Infraction System.

5 infractions are the limit per users. If anyone exceeds 5 infractions, they will be banned.

Zero Infractions: $Infractions System 0001$
One Infractions: $Infractions System 1002$
Two Infractions: $Infractions System 2003$
Three Infractions: $Infractions System 3004$
Four Infractions: $Infractions System 4005$
Five Infractions: $Infractions System 5006$
Banned Infractions: $Infractions System WarningBar-Gloss6sharp$

Infractions will be used if you do not follow a rule.
